Watt&Well sets a foot in space
Watt&Well is taking part in the construction of the future Ariane 6 European launcher, as part of its cooperation with Airbus Safran Launchers, by creating an electronic sub-assembly. Massy, France, 24 February 2017.

A collaboration for a reliable product at lower cost
Within the framework of this project, Watt&Well is glad to be backed by Airbus Safran Launchers in ensuring the quality of the products. The engineering teams are currently working on the control and power supply of an electric motor, which will be the actuator of a tank pressurization pump located at the second stage of the future Ariane 6 rocket. The first “flight model” of the motor controller will be delivered in 2018. The first flight of Ariane 6 is confirmed for 2020.
